Q. Are freight charges on the check out screen accurate?
A. The freight charges shown are estimates based on actual carrier rates and the incremental weight XKs Unlimited has assigned a given part. The final freight charges will be tallied when the package is finalized by our Shipping Department.
Q. How does XKs Unlimited handle back orders on this site?
A. Unlike many on-line stores XKs Unlimited is OK with back orders (BO). Previous systems did not allow for BOs. If you place an item in your shopping cart that is out of stock at the time, we will place a BO in effect and ship as soon as we can. Note: If you don’t want to BO the item, do not place the the item in your cart leave it there through check out.
Q. Does XKs Unlimited charge for back order releases?
A. When a part(s) is released from BO, XKs Unlimited charges for the BO part(s) only.
