From the folks at ARB who make the Air Locker differentials for Land Rovers and other off-road vehicles: Limit the air pressure in the differential to 100psi to ensure maximum O-ring and seal life. If you’re using an ARB air compressor, this is easy, but if you use another means to generate compressed air, limit the pressure with a regulator as used with home shop air compressors. Two good choices are Campbell Hausfeld number MP5148 or Sharpe number 16C-MR. Both are widely available.
